I've forget an important information... tsql is working fine:

[root at bsd /usr/local/etc]# tsql -H 192.168.1.21 -p 1401 -U lekkus -P
lekkuslekkus
locale is "C"
locale charset is "US-ASCII"

But if I remove freetds.conf tsql doesn't work...

Thanks

Igor
