[freetds] FreeTDS 0.64 problem with freebcp on Linux x86_64 platform

Well, it could be a more helpful message, but I think I know the
problem:


src/dblib/bcp.c::bcp_init():

        /*
         * Validate other parameters
         */
#define SYBETDSVER -100
        if (dbproc->tds_socket->major_version < 5) {
                dbperror(dbproc, SYBETDSVER, 0);
                return (FAIL);
        }

BCP works only with TDS versions 5.0 and up.  You appear to be using a
TDS 4.2 connection.  In older versions, you'd get weird behavior with
4.2; now you get a cryptic message.
