[freetds] Make error on Solaris 10

Hi Freddy,

Many thanks for your quick response.

cd /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.10/3.3.2/install-tools

./mkheaders

then running make again does indeed seem to fix this problem.
