SQLFetch return SQL_NO_DATA cause there are no rows...
"select name from sysobjects where 0=1" return 0 rows.

>From dump

0000 ff 11 00 c1 00 01 00 00-00 ff 11 00 c1 00 01 00 |........ ........|

two ignored DONEINPROC (first 2 select)

0010 00 00 81 01 00 00 01 08-00 e7 00 01 09 04 d0 00 |........ ........|
0020 00 04 6e 00 61 00 6d 00-65 00 ff 11 00 c1 00 00 |..n.a.m. e.......|

"select name from sysobjects where 0=1" (header, no rows, DONEINPROC)

0030 00 00 00 81 01 00 00 00-01 00 a7 1e 00 09 04 d0 |........ ........|
0040 00 00 04 74 00 79 00 70-00 65 00 d1 04 00 63 68 |...t.y.p .e....ch|

You can get this only calling SQLMoreResults...
