I guess that's because we haven't #defined them in FREETDS :-)
You MAY need to go and see what SybTCL is trying to do with these
#defines....

Well, that's what I thought. Any idea why I would run into messages
claiming that the following are undefined in FreeTDS 3.0rc2?
SYBBOUNDARY
SYBSENSITIVITY
I tried compiling FreeTDS with and without the extended Sybase support.
