taking a look at these pages, freebcp DOES support everything that Microsft
suugest you do to enable parallel data loads.
We do support the TABLOCK hint (via the -h flag to freebcp) and we do allow
you to manipulate the "rows per batch" value (via the -b flag). It looks
like the server takes care of the rest...

BCP utility support parallelism
Following are the links for parallelism in BCP
Parallelism in bcp: if a table is partitioned and support the parallel
loading of the data inot the same table then the facility can be
used.For that we need to have different data files and invoke different
bcp instances with diferent files.
This would be same as BULK INSERT T-SQL statement.
My question is doe freebcp supports this feature ??? An dwhat would be
syntax for it??
