[freetds] 1st select fails, 2nd works

Sorry I missed the FAQ, thank you everyone for the reply's
especially David with this description!

I updated to 0.63.dev.20040716 reinstalled DBD::Sybase and it
appears to have worked (I can drop, create, select with the same
DBI code as before).
