[freetds] Moving from protocol TDS 4.2 to 7.0 -> French char acters problem

Well well,

i checked with my DBA about the charset defined on the database server.
It was CP850, so i set client charset to CP850 in freetds.conf
and now i can use protocol 7.0 successfully.

thanks.

So the most important is to reflect the same charset as the one
on the DB server.
