Is this what I want?

I'd definately use the CVS version, as far as I know nothing that worked
under 0.50 is broken and much is fixed. I am mostly recovered from the move
I think and when I get a few minutes I'm going to branch the tree for
FreeTDS_NG and scott can put his restructuring there.  But, for now CVS is
the most stable.
