DBD::Sybase installation troubles

You should get the most recent version of freetds (0.47) which will
work with DBD::Sybase.
"perldoc DBI" and "perldoc DBD::Sybase" will show you the documentation
of how to program using DBI. You can also look at the test programs in
the DBD::Sybase 't' directory for examples.
