I think that¹s the Scottish edition you sent, although headed England and
Wales: clause 6.4 reads ³Neither You, nor anyone else, may enforce any
provision of this Licence by specific implement or interdict" which wouldn't
be in a licence for EAW.

The existing version of the CCEW licences is 2.0.
Version 2.5 that follows the Scottish licence does not suffer from the
discrepancies that Rob mentioned in his email.
Similarly to what Jordan suggested regarding the Scottish licences, if you
check out section 2.3e of CCEW 2.5 BY-SA, you will see that the wording is
now in accordance to the generic CC licences.
I will post the updated licences to Mia today hopefully to have the new
versions out by next week.
You may find attached the CCEW 2.5 final draft. Please have a final look and
if you notice any ³bugs² let us know within this week ;-)
