[cc-licenses] combine RDF for Text and Images

That's what I'll do:

1) Place de html code provided by CC in the footer or every page on your
site. I'll modify it to look something like:
"Images and texts in this site are licenced under a BY-NC-SA 2.0 CC
licence"<ttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.5/>

But it's not required to be on every page, just where the item that this
licence applies either embddebed in the object or displayed in the page.

2) Going to the link provided in the licence, you can have it displayed on a
lot of languages. It's up to you to choose what language you preefer to put
the licence in.
