[cc-licenses] How to set properly a license to an offline work?

so your saying that the nonprofit, in order to circumvent the NC  
condition, gives the NC item away in exchange for people registering  
for memberships for which they pay but that the money gets accounted  
by the nonprofit as sales by the gift shop, not as membership revenues?
