[cc-devel] bug or feature? Old license urls don't resolve to deed but to CC homepage.

Hi Nathan Y. and Nathan K,

I can confirm that the database was filled manually and did not use the
chooser. I'll change the urls in the database of the app to the correct
url scheme.
