Patent provisions, format (source code rather than just binary), can't
imagine RMS (or FSF in general) to agree, potential issues when code
uses code licenced under GPL-compatible licence but not
CC-BY-SA-compatible licence (Apache 2.0, ...), ...

Pretty much impossible.
