[cc-community] CC usage by NGOs

Creative Commons Taiwan is finishing up two 20-page
"Using Creative Commons Licenses" booklets.
One for the educators and students, and the other one
for government agencies and non-profit organizations.

They are written in the traditional Chinese language.
PDF files shall be ready in a month or so.
Please check out www.creativecommons.org.tw in a few weeks.
