I am enjoying bittorrent with a gigabit line at home. I reach about 10
MByte/sec downloading, up to 23 MByte/sec uploading (from/to many peers
of course). I have doubts that 100 as a limit is enough for speeds like
this (and more?), but I do not know exactly how the queue is used.
