[bittorrent] Azureus DHT

LibTorrent also supports mainline DHT which means another wide range  of
clients running off libtorrent are compatible with Mainline. Azureus really
is out on it's own here. Personally, i wouldn't recommend implementing
Azureus's DHT as it is a smaller population, but if that's what you want,
then off you go.
