[bittorrent] how a peer connect to other peer which is behind proxies.

Peer A (proxied) can establish outgoing connections.
Assuming Peer B (unproxied) can accept incoming connections, the
connection CAN be established, but only when Peer A initiates it.

Once the connection is established, data can be transferred in either
