Is that really a bad thing? Consider all the spamming zombies on the 
Internet. If an exploit is discovered for a popular P2P app, chances are 
that most people won't update it and seal the hole, so it will be widely 
exploited, just as Outlook, IE, IIS, and SQL Server are now. Maybe 
requiring some basic knowledge before throwing up a server is a Good Thing.
