[bittorrent] Fwd: Trackerless torrents

BitSpirit and BitComet are on-side with mainline.

There's an Anatomic P2P client that has its own implementation, I'm not sure
where it will side in the big dhts (It's probably waiting on bittornado to
pick a side). 

Azureus is effectively on its own this round for implementation.
