A metainfo file consists out of "bencoded integers", "bencoded 
strings", "bencoded lists" and "bencoded dictionaries"

These data types don't have a most significant or least significant 
byte.

They work more like strings or byte streams ;)

The order of the bytes is therefore

0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, etc.
i,1,2,3,e,4,:,s,p,a,m,

Even if the complete torrent was encoding in utf8 there would be no 
byte order problems =D
