[BitTorrent] been gone - what's up with this tracker?

I've been gone from the bittorrent devscene for a while, since I wrote
my client this autumn...

A certain tracker answers with this, instead of something my bencoding
decoder can grok.

1f 8b 08 00 00 00 00 00 00 03 75 57 6b 88 54 65 .... .... ..uW k.Te

What is it? Or is the tracker just *wrong*? After connecting to the
tracker, I start to get incoming connections, so it can't be *that* wrong.
Is it a zipped answer or something?

Also, which new extensions from the last half-year is important that I
implement? :)

/Mirar
