[BitTorrent] btlaunchmanycurses.py bugfix

It's the first time I'm participating in development this way, so I 
don't know how this works, but here's my contribution:

I've fixed the bug in btlaunchmanycurses.py where the display would show 
garbage if the number of torrents couldn't fit in the window.

I'll attach both the script and the diff to this message.
