    Hi,

  1. Choosing peers based on a traceroute to all the available
peers, so the number of hops between peers that are exchanging data
can be kept to a minimum, thus reducing the waste of overall
bandwidth.
  2. Upgrade fields: "Interested", "Interesting" from one bit to
multiple bit integers, allowing to weight the peers that have the
most numbers of parts.
  3. Make the protocol more democratic, favorising even more the
peers that upload more.
  4. How can be done to reduce the low speed of a torrent download
during the initial phase (first parts downloading), and the end
pahse (last parts downloading) ? I guess anyone who used BT a lot
knows that a torrent download has the bad habit to have low download
speed at the beggining and end.
