[BitTorrent] BT Proxy for HTTP

Dont you know a BT proxy like this?

|PC/Web brower|  - LAN/HTTP ->  | BT Proxy in DMZ | ->
            6881 though F/W ->  | LAN/WAN border  | ->
                            -> Internet -> |BT Peers|.

Downloaded files are stored in a proxy's HDD.
In this way, you can share files over all PCs on a LAN without re-downloading.
And unlike squid, the first download is done by BT, so it is faster than HTTP,
if the file is big.

This is useful for providing a security patch for all PCs on a LAN.
Maybe someday MS would use this way for Windows Update ;-).

Another usage is education.
Imagine PCs are a kind of mpeg video terminal. They are set up in a class room.
And a file you download is an educational mpeg file which a teacher
of another school made it last week and uploaded to his server.
