I can hardly see a mother in her right mind calling her child Son-of- my-right-hand (hand made?), or Look-a-son, or He-will-laugh, ect.

ISHINAN: Actually, any mother would augur good to name her son "Bin Yamiyn" which means "blessed, prosperous, and or fortunate son --- cf. Arabic: al-Yumn Barakah ????????: ????????

?????: ??????? ???????? ??????? ??????? ??? ??????: ????? ?????? ??? ????????? ???????? ???? ????????: ?????????? ?????? ????????

Hence, from this trilateral root "ymn" we derive at the etymology of the Yemen also known as Arabia Felix. Another derivation is the right hand which also happens to be a symbol of prosperity
