Probably not on the net, but I would recommend the following books:
 • ישראל ייבין. מסורת הלשון העברית המשתקפת בניקוד הבבלי, ירושלים: האקדמיה ללשון העברית, תשמ"ה
 • Paul Kahle. Masoreten des Ostens. Leipzig: J.C. Hinrichs'sche Buchhandlung, 1913.

Yes, see the book of Yeivin.

Well, If are You looking for versions, then search for "מדינחאי ומערבעי".
Or see the book of Yeivin, chapter 48, pages 1163-1172 (second fascicle) :).

I know nothing about the net, but look for the following book in Your
The Hebrew Bible - latter prophets: the Babylonian codex of Petrograd. Hermann L. Strack (ed.).
NY: KTAV Publ. House, 1971 [Reprint].

Perhaps in the "bible" of the Yemeni pronunciation:

  • שלמה מורג. העברית שבפי יהודי תימן, ירושלים: האקדמיה ללשון העברית, תשכ"ג.

Try first the aforementioned books :)
