Nope. HGR does not agree in gender with $KMH unless it is a personal name.

When there is YTN )L, there needs to be an object (person or thing) that
receives it. If one tries to read HGR$M as an action, then the object is

$M could possibly be %M, "he placed", making the sentence "…he took bread
and a canteen of water and he gave [them] unto Hagar, placed [them] upon
her shoulder, and with the child that he sent her out…"
