Most of the laws between man and man are in the parsha "Kedoshim" - 
Vayikra, chapters 19 - 20, specifically in answer  to your question, 
al this and much much more is derived from the verses in chapter 19: 
verses 16, 17, 18   See especially the Chafetz Chaim, who has covered 
these issues extensively, in many books, also see Rashi and Sefer 


where does it say not to shame someone? where does it say not  to 
wrong someone in speech?
