Well, CSS version 2 is a working draft out for comments this summer and 
CSS version 3 is still a preliminary  proposal in progress by W3C.  When 
a web site chooses to use technologies that are not even a standard yet, 
you can expect browsers not to support them.  In addition, they could 
change in their final form.
