Here's a specific issue about the Unicode/XML WLC Tanach (
http://www.cvkimball.com/Tanach/Tanach.xml )
on which your opinion would be valuable:

The Unicode/XML WLC Tanach has 3 "Content" modes selecting "Accents",
"Vowels", or "Consonants". The "Accents" mode displays everything in
the text: accents, vowels and consonants. The "Vowels" and "Consonants"
choices show the expected characters PLUS the accents sof pasuq and
maqaf to facilitate reading.

With the goal of providing a useful feature to the viewer, should these
accents (sof pasuq, maqaf) be included in either the "Vowels" or
"Consonants" mode?
