[b-hebrew] Psalm 4:7 nun samech heh instead of nun shin alef

HH: Delitzsch thought it was a mixture of nun-sin-alef with
nun-samech-samech with the idea that the light was a banner promising
victory and serving as a rallying point for the people. A simpler
idea is that it is a spelling variant, the tact taken by two
lexicons. There are a considerable number of such spelling variants
in the OT, but not usually with two adjacent letters.
