[b-hebrew] Nefesh, gufah, g'viah

Recent discussions about the precise meaning of  nefesh  ended with the 
decision that the term basically means  body, dead or alive. However, gufah and 
g'viah are also translated as body. Can someone define the difference or the 
different contexts, if any, which determine the use of either of these three 
terms?  Thx.
