     The Center for Jewish Culture at Beit Berl College is pleased to announce the publication of Volume 13 (2003) of its annual, Mo'ed; A Jewish Studies Annual (formerly Mehqere Hag). The volume, entitled 'Edut be-Yehosef, and dedicated to Dr. Joseph Roth-Rotem, founder and former chief editor of Mehqere Hag, contains both Hebrew and English articles, with English abstracts of all Hebrew articles and vice versa.
