Hello -

In Genesis 18:25 there are two instances of the L preposition plus a 2nd

person pronoun.  Question: why do the pronouns differ in gender? Why
isn't 
the 2nd one also Msc.?

Actually the second occurrence is masculine as well; the word occurs in
a pausal situation with the zapeph qaton accent.  For all appearances,
it seems to practically make the qamets and shewa exchange places.  If
you have any questions I can refer to you to discussions of this
phenomenon in standard grammars.
