I know no one asked me, but can I give a quick
90 second sermonette on why Greek Lexicons are
basically a waste of time and money?

There are two kinds of Greek words, common ones
and rare ones.  If a word is common, you can figure out
what it means by reading it again and again.  If a word
is really common, like DE or KAI or hO you don't even
have to do very much reading to figure out what it means.
If a word is rare, no one knows what it means anyway, so
your guess is as good as anyone's.

END OF SERMONETTE.

The dirty little secret of NT Greek lexigraphy is that
there is not a dime's worth of difference between
Bauer and Thayer.  I suspect this applies to Muraoka
and LEH.

Another review of Muraoka has appeared within just a few days from Bryn Mawr Classical Review:

This particular one isn't quite as gentle as Danker's.

Muraoka's revised _A Greek-English Lexicon of the Septuagint_ was published in 2009 and noted first here in a message from Louis Sorenson:
http://lists.ibiblio.org/pipermail/b-greek/2009-June/049384.html
I noted John Hobbins' enthusiastic review of it:
http://lists.ibiblio.org/pipermail/b-greek/2009-July/049944.html

Now Fred Danker has reviewed it in SBL's Review of Biblical Literature; some B-Greekers might find particularly interesting one major lexicographer's take on
the work of another:
