[B-Greek] Reader's Lexicons

Burer and Miller, _A New Reader's Lexicon of the Greek New Testament_, 
Kregel 2008, also serves this purpose well. It includes book/author/NT 
occurrence statistics and some cross references. ~$25 on Amazon.
