This didn't quite work correctly, the reason being that the  
transliteration here used "X" for Chi rather than the standard B-Greek  
transliteration's "C." Also (H should be hH

After making the proper alterations, the transliteration reads:
KATA\ TW=N PARASCO/NTWN XRH/SETAI. KATE/LIPE DE\ DU/O PAI=DAS E)K  
*SAMI/AS GUNAIKO\S TW=N EU)DOKI/MWN, *hHLIODW/ROU TINO\S
QUGATRO/S: QUGATE/RA <DE\> MI/AN E)/SCEN, H(\ PAI=S E)/TI OU)=SA PRO\

and the Hopperizer yields:

κατὰ τῶν παρασχόντων ξρήσεται.  
κατέλιπε δὲ δύο παῖδας ἐκ *σαμίας  
γυναικὸς τῶν εὐδοκίμων, *ἡλιοδώρου  
τινὸς θυγατρός: θυγατέρα <δὲ> μίαν  
ἔσχεν, ἣ παῖς ἔτι οὖσα πρὸ

It should be noted that *SAMI/AS is actually Σαμίας. That means  
that this is not an
instance of EK MIAS GUNAIKOS at all: (Demosthenes) had two children  
from a Samian wife ...
