You apparently are using the Textus Receptus rather than the critical text. Metzger doesn't even consider this reading to be worthy of mention while Tischendorf notes that it appears in some Latin texts including Tyconius and Primasius. BDAG notes that this word indicates a confirmation or prividing of supporting evidence.

With dative PANTI, is it testifying to them or is it testifying
together with them?
Most translations render as 'I testify to everyone ~'; some 'I am
warning to everyone ~'. It seems to me more likely in a sense of 'I
bear witness together with anyone ~'.
