A few more helps:
There is www.zhubert.com, which has the text tagged for when you get
stuck, just don't use it as a crutch. There is a daily snippet that will
get you through the GNT in a year, today's is here:
Tinyurl: http://tinyurl.com/fywlj

Zondervan has this (they are working on a Hebrew OT also):
"A Reader's Greek New Testament"
Edited by Richard Goodrich and Albert L. Lukaszewski
Zondervan Publishing Company, 2004
592 pages, English and Greek
Burgundy Leather, 6 x 9
ISBN: 0310248884
List Price: $29.99 (cheaper online)

It uses the NIV Greek text and has vocabulary at the bottom of the page.
The paper is bible paper, so it is quite slim. No textual apparatus and
the fact it uses the NIV version of the GNT means you aren't seeing the
UBS/NA text, if that is a concern.

But, the real key is reading the text, lots of it. These enable you to
read a bit quicker, but there is no substitute for reading large
