Subject: Know Your Farmer Alliance - Hawai'i Island

Description: This e-mail list is for notices, information, announcements, conversations and related activities relevant to the Know Your Farmer Alliance on Hawai'i Island.

Know Your Farmer Alliance is a grassroots educational and activist group of farmers, gardners and others interested in ecological food production
and local self-sufficiency. We hope to promote natural growing practices throughout the island by meetings, lectures, seed exchanges, workshops, farm tours, demonstrations, networking and our own seasonal newsletters.

We know that a strong community is as self-sufficient as possible and cares for its land and people with a passion. Pure, fresh, local and naturally grown food is our birthright and our vision. There is much to learn from each other and all are welcome.
