Brianna, thanks for the info. A couple of months ago I decided to
finish my linguistic studies, so I am professionally interested in
this project.

I think that the only way for making "expert Wikipedia" is making it
in particular fields. I am very skeptical about both: stable Wikipedia
and Citizendium. Simply, linguistics will be better covered if
encyclopedia is lead by linguists and so on. And, AFAIK, English
Wikipedia has only one active linguist (User:Angr), so I suppose that
Citizendium has a 90% less active linguists.

BTW, I can't believe that they choose CC-BY-SA. Even it makes texts
more useful, it is completely irrational to make an encyclopedia which
is incompatible with Wikipedia. This is one more point toward making
fully functional mass on Internet, made by CC.
