Yes, but here we are dealing with the third response, "freeze" - which
renders the group incapable of any action. And, without some type of
intervention, this is where the entire Project is headed.

The reality is that Wikien-l is no longer a group - but a splintered,
leaderless, directionless mob. And, my fear is that the entire Project
itself will soon follow.
