The Bush Tetras material on 99 has been available on Roir for ages. We have all our masters. Have no idea where Ed Bahlman is nor do i really care. Ed was in the right place and at the right time and it all happened in the blink of an eye. The lawsuit lasted longer than the label.

If the Grand Royal release didn't have Bahlman's
blessing, it had the bands. These other vinyl bootlegs
are just that, with copies of the original labels and
such. The other reissues of 99 records have all been
licensed from/with the original artists with a sort of
implicit understanding that rights have basically
reverted.
