In addition to their ongoing summer Sunday special

https://lists.ibiblio.org/sympa/arc/triangle-free-yoga/2009q2/000077.html

this week

http://www.franklinstyoga.com/
> First Friday night at 6pm Free class August 7th with Cherry

Dunno what style she'll teach, but from

https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/main_trn_bio.asp?trainer=100000029

it sounds like she's Baptiste-y (which you would expect anyway @
FSYC), so power up.

You can signup for this or other class online from the link @

http://www.franklinstyoga.com/class_schedule.html

Or drop-in, but remember to add enough time for registration and
sign-in, and remember that FSYC's free classes fill up fast. Other
things to remember:

* FSYC is in University Square (Franklin and Church in Chapel Hill, on
the side facing south towards Granville Towers)

* if you're driving, allow some additional time for parking, and be
careful about where you park: many of the mall's businesses have
dedicated spots. (If you see a guard, ask her/him where to park.)

* consider not driving! Chapel Hill is a great town to bike, especially
Franklin St (or Cameron Av, if you want to come in from the south).
There are bike racks on the south side of the studio, but also
"covered parking" for those who lock to something near the police
substation next to the studio. On weekdays University Square is
served directly by the CM, F, J, and M routes (and many others come
within a block): see

http://www.ci.chapel-hill.nc.us/index.aspx?page=745
and
http://www.ci.chapel-hill.nc.us/index.aspx?page=706

for details.

* FSYC classes tend to be warm. Not Bikram warm, but still about 80° F,
so dress accordingly, and bring a water bottle.

* FSYC provides mats, hand towels, and other props.
