I guess it wouldn't really matter as gcc34 goes into a different
location and by then it should have the correct grimoire with the
non-null spell. So in theory, an extra depends wouldn't be needed, but
perhaps UPDATED is needed because if gcc34 doesn't show up on the queue,
gcc34's null spell will never get properly updated to the real spell.
