This really looks like Restrepia guttulata but a clearer shot of the lip would help. Specific Restrepia species can vary tremendously in color, size and patterning but it is largely the lip shape/size/length that is used to determine the species. It is a pretty good bet that there are folks on the list with Luer's greenbook at hand that could make the call.

Thank you for your response!  Yes, it is Restrepia.  The tag said that it was Species form Columbia.  This is a large flower (2")  coming from under the base of the  leaf and held slightly above.  The inflorescence is about  3" long. I have pictures of the flower and plant linked below. It's a very long lasting flower and there are a few buds left to open. I can get some decent macro shots of the lip area, I just haven't done that yet.
