How do they select the beneficiary communities?

What about local foodsheds and local economies, community gardens and local
networks of growers and their customers.
What will they do to encourage local people to become full time gardeners,
committed to a lifestyle of growing crops for their communities.
This is actually a big deal and a wonderful way to live your life. There
are infinite possibilities and incredible potential. People in communities
in need want this. Look at Alan Chadwick for inspiration.
