John has some interesting ideas about promoting sustainable ag -
emphasizing local food producers and connections with consumers. His
references include a link to his pamphlet, How Do We Ensure Good Food for
All?
http://www.agdevjournal.com/current-issue/664-ikerd-
column-good-food-for-all.html

And the pamphlet includes a link to National Good Food Network. US food
hubs - Full list.
http://www.ngfn.org/resources/foodhubs#section-13
The site, http://www.ngfn.org/, has a lot of info about food hubs and
setting them up in local communities to connect farmers and consumers - a
powerful tool for encouraging success for local ecoag farmers. It took me
awhile to figure out how to get to the above list from the home or
resources page, but you click on 'Food Hubs' in the menu to the left and
then #14 in the Contents list to the right.

Seems like a useful tool. I'm going to spread the word in my Toledo OH area.

Kris

the words “love” or “sustainability.” Although ambiguous in nature, such
words are essential to meaningful communication because they represent
basic ideas that are fundamental ...
